Sergiy Malovychko leads the field of human rights work in Donetsk regional organization of the trade union of health workers of Ukraine, has more than 20 years of practical experience in counseling on legal issues, drafting documents (including procedural nature), as well as representing the rights and interests of physical and legal entities in courts of general and administrative jurisdiction. One of the components of the main work of Malovychko S. is an analytical work on effective law enforcement of labour and procedural laws, health care legislation, implementation and progress of experiments on reforming the health care system in Ukraine. Malovychko S. constantly joins the work in working groups and expert groups that are created both by public organizations and state and local government bodies; participated in the 57th and 61st sessions of the United Nations Commission on the Status of Women (New York, USA). In 2017 he took part in the advocacy training session entitled "A successful application to the European Court of Human Rights: from theory to practice", the Council of Europe, Strassburg, France. Trainer of the HELP Programme. From 2010 to April 2014, Malovychko S. was a member of the Public Council under the Donetsk Regional State Administration, was the head of the health subcommittee; participated in parliamentary hearings and elaborated draft recommendations on the topic: "Current state, ways and perspectives of health care reform in Ukraine".
In 2018, he participated in The 2nd Kharkiv International Legal Forum and The 1st professional meeting on constitutional legal issues at the Constitutional Court of Ukraine.
In 2019, he took part in the all-Ukrainian scientific and practical conference "Advocacy of Ukraine: current state and prospects of development".
In 2020, he participated in the EU-ILO Project Summer Marathon of Online Trainings on International and EU Labour Standards (25 June – 30 July 2020).
In 2021, he took part in the IX International Judicial and Legal Forum.
Sergiy Malovychko received a diploma of honours specialist at the Donetsk State University (now Vasyl' Stus Donetsk National University). Malovychko S. is a lawyer (Certificate on the right to practice advocacy No. 1229 dated December 6, 1999) and is included in the Uniform Register of Advocates of Ukraine. Malovychko S. conducts active scientific and educational activity: from 2000 to 2014 he worked as a senior lecturer in the Department of Civil Law and the Process of Economics and Law Faculty of the Donetsk National University; Taught "Labor Law" and author's special courses: "Employment Contract" and "Legal Regulation of the Right to Rest". Malovychko S. for a long time was a lecturer at the Training Center of the Donetsk Regional Council of Trade Unions. He has trade union gratitude and gratitude from the Public Council at the Donetsk Regional State Administration, was a awarded with certificates of the Donetsk Regional Organization of the Ukrainian Health Care Workers' Union, the Donetsk Regional Council of Trade Unions, the Professional Union of Health Workers of Ukraine, the Federation of Trade Unions of Ukraine, and the Honourary Sign The Donetsk Regional Council of Trade Unions (2006) and the breastplate of the Federation of Trade Unions of Ukraine "Trade Union Award" (2014).
Malovychko S. is the author of publications in national scientific professional journals ("Legal journal of the Donetsk University", magazines "Law of Ukraine" and "Medical law"), as well as in the All-ukrainian medical newspaper "Your health", on The First free pharmaceutical business portal "PharmaNet", other printed publications and in the Internet.
